| Leadership Retreat: Managing by
Strengths |
The purpose of this one-day Leadership Retreat is to
provide an overview of the 34 StrengthFinder themes.
Each participant will identify his/her top five
strengths using the StrengthFinder Assessment provided
through the book, “Now, Discover Your Strengths”.
Each participant will also discover the top five
strengths of other team members. An understanding and
appreciation of the diverse strengths among the team
will be developed by the creation of a Strength Finder
Team Map. A team map is a visual presentation of the top
five strengths of all team members.
The final phase of the retreat will explore ways to
maximize and manage the strengths of the leadership
team. The team members will identify settings in which
individual and team strengths would be most useful and
effective. The team members will also identify settings
in which the individual and team strengths would be
least effective. |
