Most of the coaching that we offer is delivered over the telephone while you are in the privacy and convenience of your own home or office. NO TRAVEL TIME IS REQUIRED. On-site coaching can be arranged.

Coach Training

We are currently offering Basic Coach Training on your site for your team.

BASIC COACH TRAINING is designed to equip today’s business leader with basic coaching skills that can be integrated and incorporated into their day-to-day professional setting. Coach training can dramatically enhance the business leader’s effectiveness as a leader and greatly increase the impact within their professional and personal life.

Basic Coach Training provides participants with a strong understanding of coaching and the distinction between coaching and therapy, consulting and mentoring. Those attending will observe LIVE coaching by a Professional Certified Coach. Participants will be introduced to a Five-Step Coaching Process, and learn core coaching skills such as: artful listening, powerful questioning, distinctions and a strong personal foundation.

Val is currently on the faculty of Coach University which provides coach training in over 51 different countries.
