The vast majority of the requests that I receive are from leaders looking for help with vision-casting. Today’s leaders are realizing the importance of being able to cast a vision, while also recognizing their own limitations in this area. John Maxwell, writing about vision-casting, states that a leader must see… Farther than others see. More than others see. Before others see.

triangle is equal, so is the value attached to each of the E’s.
- Eliminate: Change involves letting go. Identify that which needs to be removed. Who or what will you need to say NO to in order for the change to succeed? What needs to STOP?
- Experiment: Change also involves trying a new way of doing things or a new way of being. Who can help you look at things with fresh eyes? What creative ways are others trying?
- Enjoy: Don’t forget to celebrate! What is one thing you are grateful for? What’s perfect about right now?
